Register now for the Spring County Officials Institute in Coeur d'Alene at the Best Western Coeur d'Alene Inn on May 23, 2023. The County Officials Institute (COI) is a training program designed to provide the skills and knowledge to be an effective leader in county government. County elected officials and county staff are welcome to participate in the program. Courses will be offered at four in-person locations throughout Idaho.
