Law enforcement leaders from across Idaho came together in Coeur d’Alene April 13-15 for the Idaho Sheriffs’ Association (ISA) and Idaho Jail Administrators’ Association (IJAA) Spring Conference, bringing together more than 100 law enforcement officials for a week of collaboration and professional development.
The conference also featured 56 sponsors and exhibitors from around the country, showcasing innovative tools, services, and resources designed to support modern policing and corrections.

The event began with welcoming remarks from ISA President and Butte County Sheriff Dave Hansen, setting the tone for a week focused on leadership, resilience, and service. Participants took part in a series of engaging sessions, including Wildfire Evacuations, Officer Wellness from Hiring to Retirement, Communicating Effectively in Your Jail, Honoring the Badge, and more, each offering practical insights and strategies for today’s law enforcement professionals.
Beyond the classroom, the gathering provided a meaningful space for professionals to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and return to their agencies with renewed perspective and practical strategies.
Planning is already underway for the next opportunity to connect, with the ISA and IJAA Winter Conference set for December 7–9 at the Boise Centre. We hope to see you there!
