Attendee Cancellations
Cancellations received more than seven days prior to any IAC affiliate conference, will receive a full refund of the registration payment. There will be NO refund for cancellations received less than seven days prior to any IAC affiliate conference.
Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Registrants who fail to attend any IAC affiliate conference and do not notify IAC are responsible for the full payment.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Cancellations for IAC Affiliate Conferences
Cancellations received more than 6+ weeks before any affiliate event will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received 4-6 weeks prior to any affiliate event will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made 4 weeks or less prior to any affiliate event will not be eligible for a refund. Failure to occupy booth space does not release the exhibitor from the obligation to pay for full cost of the rental. To cancel your registration to exhibit and/or sponsor at an IAC affiliate conference, please contact the corresponding person above based on the event.
Reason for Refund / Cancellation Policy
The purpose of the Idaho Association of Counties (IAC) affiliate conference refund policy is to save you money. IAC runs its affiliate conferences on a tight budget, which means we have to keep food and printing costs at a minimum. We give hotel catering staff and other food service providers the exact number of meals to prepare for events based on the number of people registered. We also print registration packets and other materials before the conference based again on the exact number of people registered. If you cancel at the last minute, the affiliates are left paying for additional food and printed materials. Therefore, to keep our costs and your registration fees low, we can’t offer last-minute refunds, except for certain emergencies. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
