Seth Grigg

Executive Director

Seth began his career with the Idaho Association of Counties (IAC) in 2009, working as a policy analyst focused on natural resources policy, public lands policy and property tax policy. Since 2017, Seth has served as IAC’s Executive Director. In this capacity he is responsible for implementing IAC’s strategic plan, overseeing IAC’s day-to-day operations, and leading IAC’s legislative advocacy efforts.

Seth has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University and a master’s in Public Administration from Boise State University.

Seth lives in east Boise with his wife Dani, two always hungry teenage sons, and a rescue dog that spends too much time camped out at the front window barking at passers by. Seth and Dani enjoy traveling and finding new places to eat. Seth and his sons share a love of all things baseball and fantasy football. Someday they hope to complete their goal of visiting all 32 major league ballparks.
