Idaho Association of County Treasurers (IACT) was well represented in attendance at the National Association of County Collectors, Treasurers & Finance Officer (NACCTFO) 2024 conference in Tampa Florida. The mentoring opportunities and diversity with how other state county governments operate was very enlightening. Education was informative and included: Cybersecurity, Nuts & Bolts of Tax Administration, Work Life Balance as a Retention Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, and ChatGPT.
