Kristin Cundiff
Director of Operations
Kristin Cundiff joined the Idaho Association of Counties (IAC) in October 2003, starting as a Programs Assistant and advancing through various roles to her current position of Director of Operations. In this capacity, she plays a vital role in shaping IAC’s financial management strategy and developing strategic goals that support the organization’s mission.
With a strong focus on administrative and managerial services, Kristin coordinates the annual audit of IAC finances and serves as the primary contact for employee HR issues. She also oversees the continuing education initiatives for members, IAC’s Mentoring Program, and the day-to-day operations of the organization.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Kristin initially relocated to Boise in 2003. In 2022, she moved to North Carolina while continuing her commitment to supporting Idaho’s county elected officials. When she’s not working, you can find Kristin playing a board game or on a hike with her family, working on a puzzle, curling up with a good book, or most importantly, watching one of her two children in their various sports and theater activities.
