Salmon, Idaho — On August 16, the Idaho Association of County Recorders and Clerks (IACRC) elected new leadership for 2017-2018.
IACRC held its Annual Conference in Salmon from August 15-17. The membership held elections on Wednesday, August 16 at the Steele Memorial Medical Center during their annual business meeting.
Angie Barkell was elected as President of IACRC. Barkell took office in April 2013 as a county clerk in Owyhee County. She is currently a member of IAC’s Justice & Public Safety Committee and served as Chair of the IACRC Indigent Committee this past year.
Kim Muir was elected as Vice President of IACRC. Muir was elected as a Madison County Clerk in 2010. She is currently a member of the IACRC Justice Committee.
Kristina Glascock was elected as Secretary/Treasurer of IACRC. Glascock is currently the county clerk in Twin Falls County. She took office in 2003. Glascock is currently the Chair of the IACRC Judicial Committee and a member of the IAC Justice & Public Safety Committee.
Joe Larsen will serve as the Immediate Past President of IACRC. Larsen is currently the Cassia County Clerk. Larsen serves as the IAC Legislative Committee Chair and is a member of IAC’s Health & Human Services and Intergovernmental Affairs Committee.
