IAC Districts 3 and 4 Hold Fall Meetings and Elect New Officers

Last week, IAC District 3 held its meeting in Elmore County, while IAC District 4 convened in Twin Falls County.

During the IAC District 3 meeting, new officers were sworn in. Rick Hogaboam, Canyon County Clerk, was sworn in as District Chair; Alex Sosa, Boise County Prosecutor, as Vice Chair; and Joan Howell, Payette County Treasurer, as Secretary/Treasurer.

At the IAC District 4 meeting, elections were also held. LaVonna Dayley, Minidoka County Treasurer, was sworn in as District Chair; Will Carson, Twin Falls County Coroner, as Vice Chair; and Jack Johnson, Twin Falls County Sheriff, as Secretary/Treasurer. In addition, Tonya Page, Minidoka County Clerk, was elected as the District IV Representative for the IAC Unemployment Fund.

Both districts will meet next during IAC’s Midwinter Legislative Conference January 26-29, 2026.
