Hidden Gems: Celebrate National County Government Month this April

Help us celebrate National County Government Month by showcasing your county’s hidden gems all month long!

 

National County Government Month (NCGM), held each April, is an annual celebration of county government. We invite you to take this opportunity to promote the important programs and services your county offers. You can use social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to highlight the resources provided by your county and to show gratitude to your dedicated colleagues and staff.

You can also go out, explore, and share photos of your county’s hidden gems! If you take photos of your adventures, be sure to post them on Facebook with a little information about what’s in the photo, who took the photo, and what county it was taken in. If you tag us or share the posts directly to our Facebook page, we’ll reshare them and potentially include some photos in our next County Focus magazine! (Photos included in the magazine must be high-resolution for print.)
