2023 STC - County Commissioner / Board of Equalization Training

The Tax Commission conducts annual county commissioner training as required by
Idaho Code (I.C.) 63-105A(6) and Idaho Code (I.C.) 63-105A(17). Participants will be provided with a copy of the 2014 Board of Equalization manual, as adopted by the Idaho Association of Counties Board of Directors.

You’ll receive instruction and a review of appraisal principles, the appraisal process,
Board of Equalization best practices, and have the opportunity to discuss mock appeals scenarios.
