Idaho Association of County Recorders and Clerks Elects New Leadership for 2019-2020

Fort Hall, Idaho — On August 14, the Idaho Association of County Recorders and Clerks (IACRC) elected new leadership for 2019 – 2020. IACRC held its Annual Conference in Fort Hall from August 13-15. The membership held elections on Wednesday, August 14 at the Shoshone Bannock Hotel during their annual business meeting.

Kristina Glascock was elected President of IACRC. Glascock is currently the county clerk in Twin Falls County. She took office in 2003. Kristina was awarded the Mills Adler Award in 2012, nominated by her peers for her continuing involvement in IACRC. Over the years as county clerk, she has served on numerous IACRC committees and planned annual and indigent conferences for the clerks. Glascock is currently a member of the IAC Justice & Public Safety Committee.

Henrianne Westberg was elected Vice President of IACRC. She is the county clerk in Latah County and took office in 2014. She has served on IACRC’s Budget/Audit/Tax Commission committee for the past two years. She currently sits on IAC’s Health and Human Services and Intergovernmental Affairs committees.

Sharee Sprague was elected Secretary/Treasurer of IACRC. Sprague serves as the Power County Clerk, a position she’s held since 2015. She has chaired the IACRC Judicial Committee for the past two years. Sprague has served on multiple IACRC Committees and was instrumental in planning the 2016 IACRC Social Services Conference.

Kim Muir will serve as the Immediate Past President of IACRC. Muir was elected as a Madison County Clerk in 2010. She has served on a number of IACRC committees over the past few years. She is also a member of the IAC Justice and Public Safety Committee.
