Sponsorship and Exhibitor Registration is now open for the 107th Annual Idaho Association of County Assessors Conference.

This year it will be held in beautiful McCall, Idaho, at The Hunt Lodge/Holiday Inn Express. August 29 – 31, 2017.

Benefits of exhibiting or sponsoring:
*     To reach 44+ Assessors and chief deputy Assessors in 2 days through your participation by being a conference sponsor or exhibitor.
*     To enhance networking opportunities within the group by attending any or all of the conference.
*     To position your company and your services/products with Assessors from around Idaho
*     Complimentary Conference Registration (value of $150) for every $500 of sponsorship commitment.
*     Company attribution in other areas of conference including printed conference program and verbal acknowledgements during the conference’s general session.
*     Please note there is limited space for exhibitor booths, so this is a first come, first serve basis.

Additional Information:
*     Set up will be on Tuesday August 29th, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Opening Session starts at 9:30 am, but the registration desk will open at 8:30 am.
*     You are more than welcome to ship anything that you will need for your exhibit directly to the hotel at, The Hunt Lodge C/O front desk – IACA Conference, 210 N 3rd St, McCall, ID 83638.
*      To make your reservations directory with Hunt Lodge  by calling  208.634-4700. Tell them that you are with the Idaho Association of Assessors conference to receive the discounted room rate

107th Annual Assessors Annual Conference Sponsorship and Exhibitor Registration

As a Refreshment break sponsor, you will have the opportunity to put up your company’s sign during the designated refreshment break, as well as included a pamphlet or flyer in each attendee’s registration packet. Your company will be listed on the final agenda and you will be verbally acknowledged during the meeting.

Refreshment Break Sponsorship – $300 each

As an exclusive lunch sponsor, you will have the opportunity to address the attendees during lunch and to put up your company’s sign during your designated lunch, as well as include a pamphlet or flyer in each attendee’s registration packet. Your company will be listed in the final agenda and you will be verbally acknowledged during the meeting. As a co-sponsor, you must share the lunch presentation period with the other company that signs up to co-sponsor.

Lunch Sponsors – $1000 (exclusive sponsor) or $500 (co-sponsor)

As a Dinner Cruise Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to put up your company’s signs around the boat, as well as verbal recognition during the cruise. Dinner Cruise Sponsor – $1000

As the exclusive annual banquet sponsor, you will have the opportunity to address the attendees during dinner and to put up your company’s sign during the banquet, as well as include a pamphlet or flyer in each attendee’s registration packet. Your company will be listed in the final agenda and you will be verbally acknowledged during the meeting.

Annual Installation Banquet Sponsor – $2000 (exclusive sponsor only)

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to meet the conference attendees as they visit your table during refreshment breaks. Set up: 8:30 am – 9:30 am on Tuesday, August 23rd Tear Down: By 11:00am on Thursday, August 25th No penalty for early tear down
